If the fix prompts don’t resolve the findings on re-scan, email us within 14 days at refunds@complycode.app and we’ll refund. We’d rather make the product better than keep money from a frustrated builder.
Paid unlocks are non-refundable by default once you have viewed the fix prompts — you’ve received the deliverable.
However, we offer a 14-day good-faith refund if all of the following apply:
In that case we issue a full refund. To request: email refunds@complycode.app with the scan URL and a brief note on what you applied. We respond within 7 business days.
Subscriptions are billed monthly. You can cancel anytime from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period (no proration). The next month is not charged.
Mid-month refunds are not standard, but we consider them case-by-case if you encountered a meaningful product failure. Email refunds@complycode.app.
Note: Monthly and Agency subscriptions are not yet wired up for self-serve purchase as of May 17, 2026. When they launch this policy will apply.
The Acquisition Pack is a high-touch service deliverable. Once we deliver the signed attestation PDF, refunds are not available — the work is done.
If we have not yet delivered (typically within 5 business days of purchase), you can cancel for a full refund by emailing refunds@complycode.app.
If you were double-charged, charged for the wrong product, or accidentally clicked “Subscribe” on a tier you didn’t want, email us immediately. We refund duplicate or clearly-accidental charges within 24 hours, no questions asked.
We strongly prefer that you contact us directly before filing a chargeback. Most issues resolve in a single email. If you file a chargeback without first contacting us, we will dispute it with documentation of the delivered service.
If you have a legitimate complaint that the product didn’t work as described, the refund path above almost always gets you whole faster than a chargeback.
These terms do not affect statutory rights you have under consumer protection law in your country of residence. If you are an EU consumer, the 14-day cooling-off period for distance contracts may not apply once you have accessed the fix prompts (the digital content exception under Article 16 of the Consumer Rights Directive), but you retain other consumer-protection rights.
